Important Information: 

a. The estimated delivery time includes the processing time and shipping time.
b. A certain amount of import duty may apply for some countries. For instance, the CSC (customs clearance charge) is required in some European countries. Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) that may be required to be remitted to tax authorities by HPglasses. HPglasses is unable to provide any refunds for VAT once the order is shipped out. VAT cannot be applied for coupons or discounts of any kind.
c. US orders can be shipped to either a PO Box or physical address. We regret that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes in other countries. For countries other than the US, a physical address is required.
d. Under unexpected situations, the the tracking information may not be updated timely, and the delivery time may be beyond the above time frame.
e. For orders shipped by TNT, the shipment number used to track parcels may not be unique to your shipment. You can identify your shipment from the returned results by date, origin and destination.
